Ultrasensitive Fluorescent “ON-OFF” Label-Free Immunosensor for Detection of Vitellogenin of Marine Medaka

The negative effects of environmental estrogens on wildlife and human beings are gaining increasing attention. Research the highly sensitive detection method for Vitellogenin (Vtg), one biomarkers (EEs), is expected to detect weak in complex environments. This study aimed develop a label-free immunosensor with high specificity sensitivity testing Vtg. Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) fluorescence excellent stability were synthesized, antilipovitellin monoclonal antibody (Anti-Lv-mAb) was prepared. Based resonance energy transfer (FRET) between CQDs-conjugated Anti-Lv-mAb reduced graphene oxide (RGO), an ultrasensitive fluorescent “ON-OFF” Vtg marine medaka established. By modification RGO poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (PDDA), Zeta potential changed FRET efficiency improved. displayed wide linear response from 0.1 3000 ng/mL, low limit (LOD) 0.04 (28,833.63 CPS/(ng/mL)), selectivity, reproducibility. results demonstrated that easy-to-use, relatively fast, ultrasensitive, accurate estrogenic activity.
